1. General information

This site is operated by Anais Chalet, located at 10 Nicolae Bălcescu Street, Câmpulung Moldovenesc, Suceava county, Romania. Contact: [email protected] · +40 739 005 185.

2. Booking

Bookings are made online through our dedicated form or via direct contact (phone / WhatsApp / email). A booking is confirmed only after the 30% deposit is paid.

Minimum stay is 2 nights. The chalet is rented as a whole, not by room — maximum capacity is 16 adults + children.

3. Payment

• 30% deposit at booking — confirms dates and chosen package.
• The remaining 70% is paid at check-in, by cash or card (POS available).
• All prices are in RON and include VAT according to current Romanian law.

4. Cancellation

• 14+ days before check-in: full refund of the deposit.
• Between 14 and 7 days before: 50% refund of the deposit.
• Less than 7 days before: deposit is non-refundable.
• In case of no-show, the first night is charged in full.

5. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Check-out: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM. For other times, please let us know in advance — we will find a solution.

6. House rules

• Respect other guests and neighbours — no loud outdoor music after 10:00 PM.
• Pets are welcome with a cleaning supplement (100 RON).
• Smoking is forbidden inside the chalet (allowed in designated outdoor areas).
• Damages / losses identified at check-out are paid according to a transparent estimate.

7. Limitation of liability

Anais Chalet is not liable for unattended personal belongings, accidents caused by misuse of the spa / hot tub, or temporary service interruptions caused by external providers (electricity, internet).

8. Dispute resolution

Any disagreement is settled amicably first. Otherwise, the competent courts are in Suceava, according to Romanian law. EU consumers may also use the European Commission ODR platform.
